A conversation with Lyndsay Gray, Experimental Manufacturing Supervisor for Amphenol Aerospace in Sidney, NY.  Lyndsay has been with Amphenol since 2015 and has had a number of family members and friends who have worked in Sidney over the years.  We talk about learning the business of Amphenol while working in customer service.  We also talk about setting up a mentoring system for new customer service employees, we talk about her current role in the experimental manufacturing side of the business, and we talk about her involvement in the women’s empowerment group to promote women working in the STEM industry.  This is The Interface.
