We also talk about setting up a mentoring system for new customer service employees, we talk about her current role in the experimental manufacturing side of the business, and we talk about her involvement in the women’s empowerment group to promote women working in the STEM industry. We also talk about the manufacturing similarities between working in a bakery and working in molding at Amphenol, we talk about his involvement in the Engineering Development Program, and we talk about learning multiple languages as part of his never-ending desire to keep learning.
