A conversation with Maddie Chivi, Business Development Manager for the Amphenol Corporation. Maddie has been with Amphenol for six months. We talk about the start of her Amphenol career, visiting many businesses, and meeting thousands of people, all while gaining a greater appreciation for the scope and reach of the company. We talk about her current projects, including a detailed study of government funding and evaluating the rise of AI and its potential effects on our businesses. We talk about her earlier career, including stints in the fashion industry working with some of the top name brands, a short time working for Saturday Night Live, and working in the eyewear industry before getting her MBA and finding Amphenol. We talk about being a first-generation American growing up in New Jersey and the joy of being part of a close-knit family. And we discuss her desert island album, book, and movie.
